sweet staff, brilliant location and perfect restaurant. the room was budget, had terrace and cable television. i had a perfect breakfast, it was included and featured coffee and fruit. there were great internet and secure parking available.

Staff and rooms were very good overall. I liked having central heating, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a nice area. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Navetierra that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Late check-out too.

Everything was so PERFECT, and staff were fab. Breakfast offered cereals, eggs, milk, coffee and toast. The room was pretty great quiet, quite spacious, and with a so so comfy bed. Hotel was very clean and the service was accommodating.

Staff was helpful, breakfast was plentiful with toast, coffee, tea, cereal and eggs. They made my stay decent. The standard double room was well furnished. The bathroom here was luxury. The service was outstanding, generally, it was a boutique place to stay. Prime location 5 min walk from bellas artes tube station.
